The increasing number of wireless devices in increasingly dense radio spectrum requires strict compliance with the statutory requirements for radio products.Phoenix Testlab tests and evaluates all essential requirements for radio
components of the Radio Equipment Directive (RED). The TCB (Telecommunication Certification Body) of Phoenix Testlab conducts the entire certification for the USA, our FCB (Foreign Certification Body) does the same for Canada as well as the RCB (Registered Certification Body) for Japan.

The radio products assessed by us are varied: Short Range Devices, land mobile radio and automatic identification systems (AIS) for maritime shipping.

As an independent and accredited radio test laboratory, Phoenix Testlab provides a complete service from project planning to worldwide market introduction, for example, for keyless entry, WLAN-, Bluetooth®-, PMR-, remote control, and RFID products.
