Hyundai recognized Phoenix Testlab as an approved EMC laboratory for the testing of their automotive components
Phoenix Testlab is recognized EMC testing laboratory for electrical and electronic components for Hyundai / Kia.
The Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) requires that the manufactures which supply them with electrical and electronic component must test their products in a recognized laboratory. For this purpose, HMG established a accreditation program for EMC laboratories.
Phoenix Testlab is one of the first EMC laboratories in Europe which was honored with this accreditation by Hyundai.
This will allow customers to use Phoneix Testlab’s state-of-the-art EMC laboratory in the development of electrical and electronic components, in order to achieve acceptance by the Hyundai Motor Group.
After a stringent audit and subsequent witness testing, the Hyundai Motor Group selected Phoenix Testlab to be one of a limited number of recognised laboratories in Europe.
The new accreditation covers the full scope of the tests specified under the ES 96 200-00 standard of the Korean manufacturer.
Phoenix Testlab is recognised as a leading testing laboratory by all the automotive brands in the fields of testing EMC, environmental simulations, radio and high-voltage components. With this new recognition, Phoenix Testlab is one of only a few companies worldwide whose EMC test reports are recognised by all the leading automotive manufacturers in the world.
Phoenix Testlab has the specific recognitions granted by Hyundai, Fiat Chrysler, Nissan, Peugot-Citroen, Renault, Jaguar Land Rover, General Motors and Ford. Furthermore, all of our laboratories have the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, required by the rest of automotive manufacturers.
