Phoenix Testlab is involved as an “EMC notified body” whenever there are no harmonized standards for devices, systems or plants or there is a deviation from any such standards. In this case, we assess whether devices meet the protection requirements of the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU in all respects.
In the case of product versions, where, for example, a type test of the versions according to European standards is economically unviable, Phoenix Testlab can assess conformance with the protection requirements of the EMC Directive for the entire product range.
This also applies to devices, which due to their size or location cannot be tested for EMC as specified by the standard.
