Young men or women who are interested in technology are ideal for the job of mechatronics technician. You must have good high school graduation results, speak English reasonably well – and have a good grade in math. There will be a lot to learn, as mechatronics is a wide-ranging topic. What many people don't realize is that you must also be flexible and know how to keep calm when things get hectic. In addition, you must be a good communicator. This is essential when helping others deal with problems; you must be able to listen and ask questions to get the system running again quickly.

Industrial clerks work in many different departments. In Purchasing, I order the material required for the entire company. In Sales, I am the contact person for our customers. In Accounting, I check all the payments made. In Product Marketing, I analyze the business market. If you are interested in a training position here, it is important to be able to express yourself clearly and to be good at spelling and math. Communication skills are essential – a friendly manner with colleagues and above all with our customers will form the basis of a successful career! As we have many global customers, you should speak English reasonably well and be ready to improve your language skills through further training. In these departments, a sense of responsibility and an ability to work independently are particularly important. Motivation and commitment are of course essential! If you also enjoy working in a team, then you will fit right in!
